Solventless lamination — substrate-flexible, tension-precise, production-rated.

The RSL solventless laminator series is designed for flexible-packaging converters where lamination quality directly drives downstream yield. 7-station synchronous servo control gives ±1.5 N tension stability — the difference between a clean lamination and one that tunnels, registration-shifts, or delaminates under thermal cycling. Two web-width platforms (RSL800B-400 and RSL1250B-400) cover most converting line widths.

FEATURE 01

7-station synchronous servo

Seven sets of synchronous servo motors deliver ±1.5 N tension accuracy across all stations. The direct outcome: more even adhesive coating, more stable web travel, and significantly lower waste than belt-drive laminators.

Chromium-treated cylinders

All steel cylinders surface-treated with chromium oxide or chromium plate — improves wear resistance and corrosion resistance against the chemistry exposure of solventless adhesives.

Safe roller changeover

Patented design assists manual rubber-roller changeover — reduces operator injury risk and shortens changeover time for adhesive cleaning cycles.

FEATURE 04

Dual pinch-protection

Dual-protection design at pinch-prone access points — operators can clean rubber rollers safely without exposure to mechanical hazards.

FEATURE 05

PET-AL capability

Suitable for PET-aluminium lamination when adhesive selection and processing are correctly specified — opens barrier-pack applications without a second-step conversion.

Water-cooling option

Optional water-cooling roller adds processing flexibility for substrates that require thermal control during the lamination cycle.
