Precision Machining & Turning

Drawing-driven manufacturing. Engineered to specification.

Subtractive manufacturing for technical components — milled, turned, and finished to the dimensional, geometric, and surface requirements stated on your controlled drawing. Each program runs against a frozen drawing revision, with first-article verification, in-process control, and documented inspection evidence at release. Prototype, NPI, and series production are handled within the same quality framework.

  • 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling — multi-face machining and complex geometries in single-setup workflows to minimise repositioning error.
  • CNC turning — chuck, bar-fed, and live-tool operations for shafts, bushings, fittings, and feature-rich rotational parts.
  • In-house CAM programming and fixturing — solid-model post-verification reduces hand-off risk and accelerates first-off cycles.
  • Surface finishing to drawing callout — anodising (Type II / III), passivation, plating (Ni, Zn, electroless Ni), bead blast, DLC, deburr.
  • Value-add and sub-assembly — tapped inserts, helicoils, light press-fits, and kitted-shipment integration.

Materials — certified stock, traceable to mill.

Material is qualified to the drawing callout. Mill certificates are supplied on request for regulated programs (medical, aerospace, defence). RoHS and REACH compliance confirmed where stated. Sub-grade, temper, and form selected against the application — not a generic catalogue.

Quality Evidence

Inspection data accompanies every shipment.

Quality is delivered as documentation, not assurance. Every program defines its inspection frequency, equipment, and acceptance criteria at quote stage — and ships with the records.

QA · 01

First-Article Inspection

Full dimensional verification against the controlled drawing — including GD&T callouts, surface finish, and material certification — completed and signed off before run release. Records included with first shipment.

QA · 02

In-Process SPC

Critical-feature sampling against statistical process-control limits during the run. Trend deviation flagged in real time; out-of-control parts isolated and re-inspected before release downstream.

QA · 03

CMM & Final Reporting

Coordinate-measuring (CMM) reporting for complex geometries or critical-to-function features. Final release dimensional data supplied per lot. PPAP-style documentation packs available on request.
