SLM-G High-Speed Slitter

Production-speed high-precision slitting for self-adhesive label stock, glassine release liner, release film, and tape webs. Two standard formats — SLM-G1300 (1,300 mm) and SLM-G1700 (1,700 mm) — both running at 300 m/min with ±0.1 mm slitting accuracy.

Overview

Self-adhesive, glassine and release-film slitting at production speed.

The SLM-G platform is engineered for converters running self-adhesive label stock, glassine release liner, release film, and tape web at production speed. Independent main-and-rewind servo drive with pre-tension control gives stable web handling at 300 m/min; the slitter holds ±0.1 mm accuracy across both 1,300 mm and 1,700 mm formats.

Main and rewind on independent servo motors with PLC slave control. Pre-tension system delivers stable tension at high speed.

3″ spline differential air-shaft

Rewind on 3″ spline-keyed differential air-shaft with optional auto-unloading frame — faster roll-off, lower operator load.

Shaftless unwind

One-piece 3″/6″ universal shaftless unwind — automatic hydraulic loading, time and labour savings on roll changes.

Vacuum splice table

Vacuum web-splice platform shortens splice changeover time on long-run jobs.

EPC web-guide

EPC edge-position control system maintains web alignment without operator intervention.

FEATURE 06

Upper / lower round-knife slitting

Standard upper and lower round-knife slitting with optional shear-knife configuration. Automatic bottom-knife discharge available.
