Overview
Solventless lamination engineered for tension stability and coating evenness.
The Vision RSL solventless laminator (a Rosen brand) is built for flexible packaging converters running multi-layer lamination — BOPP/AL/PE, BOPP/VMPET/PE, PET/AL/PE, NY/AL/PE/CPP and similar constructions. The platform uses 7 sets of synchronous servo motors for tension control within ±1.5 N, ceramic or chrome-treated steel cylinders for wear and corrosion resistance, and Siemens PLC for the electrical control architecture. The paired RSM1300 slitter handles finished-roll conversion at 600 m/min.

7 sets of synchronous servo motors deliver tension control within ±1.5 N. Even adhesive coating, more stable web handling, lower scrap.

All steel cylinder surfaces treated with chromium oxide or chromium for wear and corrosion resistance — longer service life on aggressive substrates.

Separate gear-pump glue metering, 2 precision planetary-gear reducers, 2 servo motors, PLC processor. 2 × 5-gallon glue barrels with Teflon-treated inner walls.

Protection alarms on glue shortage, over-pressure, over-temperature, and mixing-ratio deviation — structured fault response.
