Flatbed hot-foil stamping at 600 tons — the spec that wins luxury packaging.

The Rosen RS-A hot-stamp platform combines flatbed die-cutting with 600-ton hot-foil stamping in two combination configurations — RS-A1050S (stamp + die-cut) and RS-A1050ST (stamp + die-cut + strip + blank). The 600-ton stamping pressure delivers full-bodied foil impression and deep 3D emboss on large-format substrates like wine and cigarette boxes. Pliers-grip feed, pneumatic die-frame locking, non-stop feed/delivery and touchscreen HMI carry across from the flagship die-cut platform.

600-ton hot-stamp pressure

Max stamping pressure up to 600 tons enables full-bodied foil and 3D emboss on large-format printing materials — wine boxes, cigarette boxes, luxury packaging.

Combined die-cut + stamp

Combined configurations (RS-A1050S, RS-A1050ST) deliver die-cut and hot-stamp in a single sheet-fed pass — eliminates inter-process registration drift.

FEATURE 03

Upper / lower stripping needles

RS-A1050ST upper and lower needling devices simplify waste-removal adjustment. Secondary cleaning removes the gripper-edge waste paper.

FEATURE 04

Pneumatic die-frame locking

Pneumatic die-frame locking on the die-cut section — convenient and fast tooling changeover between jobs.

FEATURE 05

Pliers-grip high-speed feed

Pliers-style paper pick-up ensures high-speed safety on heavy substrates. Dual-mode feeder switches between normal and decel modes.

All-in-one hoist + 25% stack

All-in-one machine hoisted 300 mm higher — paper-pile capacity increased 25%, longer runs between pallet changes.
