VTech Mica Series.
Phlogopite and synthetic mica tape, plate, roll, and machined parts for fire-resistant cables, traction motors, EV battery insulation, and high-temperature heating elements. Phlogopite retains insulation to 800°C; synthetic mica to 1000°C. UL94 V-0 listed, asbestos-free, RoHS, REACH, and TUV certified. Breakdown voltage >15 kV/mm.
AS-SC47FR — Easy-Tear FR Tape.
“X-TREME PEEL” flame-retardant battery fixation tape — single-side PET coated with proprietary dot-pattern FR adhesive. VTM-0 grade, zero-to-minimum residue on rework, easy to die-cut, validated through 50-cycle drop, 300-cycle drum, and 28,000-cycle slight-drop testing on smartphone batteries. Engineered to cut overall and downtime cost by more than 20% versus traditional flat single-side adhesive.
Silicone Foam Series.
AS-USF, AS-USGSF, AS-USMSF, AS-UMF, and AS-USMFR — LSR foam, fiberglass-reinforced, mica-reinforced, ultra-light water-absorbent, and scratch-resistant FR grades. IP67–IP68 waterproofing, 0–70% compression with 96% recovery after 3000 hours, V-0 flame retardant, fiberglass grade burns at 1200°C / 0.4 MPa × 30 min. Service range −80 to +260°C.
Sealing Products.
Sealing rings, rubber and silicone tubes, adhesive gaskets, and customized extrusions across silicone rubber, EPDM, silicone foam, specialty foam, and waterproofing adhesive. Produced on our own extrusion lines, flat hydraulic presses, open-type mixers, and silicone tube rolling and cutting machines — for medical, automotive, oil & gas, marine, office equipment, and household appliance OEMs.
VAGP Series Anti-Graffiti Film.
Up to 4 removable PET layers — peel one, expose a fresh anti-graffiti surface in seconds. Optical-grade PET with Silshield® adhesive, blocks up to 99% of harmful UV, 15+ year life cycle, anti-graffiti grade G1 (NF F31-112). Originated for rail transit, certified to EN45545, BS6853, and ASTM flammability. Also doubles as a safety barrier, holding glass shards on impact.
OLED & Battery Adhesives.
Full adhesive stack from our 1000-clean-class coating lines — integrally-formed foam tape, double-coated air-venting EMBO, PI tape (AS-SIA50HK-3), ultra-thin SCT/DCT (down to 5µm), TPU for folded displays, heat-off and waterproof PE foam tape, UV-off tape, and stretch-release tape. IATF 16949 certified; deployed by BOE, TIANMA, CSOT, Xiaomi, OPPO, Vivo, Google, Tesla, BYD, and SVW.

We start with the application — cell chemistry, service temperature envelope, flame-retardant grade, IP rating, and the failure modes you've already seen. Material selection follows the use-case: a smartphone battery rework spec is nothing like an EV PACK firewall spec.
Sample & qualification
Sample rolls, sheets, or die-cut parts produced to your web width, core size, or part geometry. R&D in Changzhou and Class-10000 die-cut in Tianjin (Class-100 manual bench for medical). On-line trials on your equipment with our technical team present.

Material qualification is not a paperwork exercise.
Switching from a phlogopite tape to a synthetic one, or changing silicone foam density from 200 to 500 kg/m³, can change die wear, stack pressure, fire-test pass rates, and cell-level thermal behaviour in ways that don't show up in a spec sheet. We treat every grade change as a qualification event — not a swap.
