Overview
The full Rosen RS-A flatbed platform — seven configurations, two formats.
The Rosen RS-A flatbed series is engineered for converters demanding sheet-fed precision at scale — folding cartons, wine and cigarette boxes, cosmetics packaging, food-grade and corrugated work where quality, registration, and changeover speed all matter. From die-cut alone to full hot-stamp + strip combo, the platform covers the application envelope on one chassis family.
- RS-A1050 — flagship die-cut, 8,000 sheets/h, 80 g cardstock to 4 mm corrugated
- RS-A1050E — economical variant, same precision sized for shorter stacks and lighter capex
- RS-A1050R — adds integrated 4-side waste-removal to eliminate manual stripping
- RS-A1050S — die-cut + 600-ton hot-foil stamping, 20-zone heating for 3D emboss
- RS-A1050T — full inline auto-stripping + blanking with non-stop sampling

Pliers-grip feeder
Pliers-style paper pick-up ensures high-speed safety. Special feeder with normal/decel dual modes, switchable for different paper types.
FEATURE 02
Pneumatic die-frame locking
Pneumatic locking system on the die-cut frame — convenient and fast changeover between jobs and tooling.
FEATURE 03
300 t die-cut, 600 t stamp
Die-cut pressure up to 300 tons, adjustable to paper quality. Hot-stamp variants up to 600 tons for cigarette, wine and luxury packaging with 3D emboss.
FEATURE 04
Wide substrate range
80 g cardstock through 4 mm corrugated on the 1050 platform. E/B/C/A and AB-flute corrugated on the 1650 format.
FEATURE 05
Non-stop feed & delivery
Feeder and stacker equipped with non-stop devices to maintain uninterrupted production through pallet changeovers.
FEATURE 06
Touchscreen HMI
