Rosen integrated digital finishing platform for label and short-run premium converting — pair the RDF330/420 digital finishing line with the MDF330/420/520 multi-functional finishing system and the RD-330R / 370R rotary die-cut module. Designed to in-line with HP Indigo, Xeikon and similar digital print engines.

VS-C370 slitterThe Rosen digital finishing platform covers three machine families on a shared modular architecture — the RDF series for digital finishing (print + cold foil + varnish + lamination), the MDF series for full multi-functional finishing including intermittent flatbed hot-stamp and screen, and the RD-R series for stand-alone rotary die-cutting. All-servo motor control, full / semi-rotary exchange, and double-servo bidirectional rewind across the family.

Each feature has a specific operational purpose — reduce downtime, hold accuracy at speed, or extend service life. Send your production brief and we’ll respond with the configuration that matches your line.
Full-servo control across the whole machine — consistent registration through changeover, lower setup waste, longer service life.
Die-cutting unit can be exchanged between full-rotary and semi-rotary modes — one chassis covering long and short repeat lengths. Gap Master optional.
MDF variants include intermittent flatbed hot-stamp and emboss, 90° rotatable — positioning hologram is an option.
MDF variants include intermittent screen-print unit — 330 × 400 (MDF330) or 410 × 450 (MDF420) screen-print area.
Intermittent flexo unit handles flexo printing, cold foil, varnish, and lamination — switchable between full and semi-rotary modes. Positioning lamination optional.
Double-servo rewind shaft — rewind forward and reverse. Servo control rewind on the RDF series; snowball waste rewind on the RD-R die-cut module.
Specification from the Rosen factory brochure. Alternative configurations available on request — send your production brief and we’ll respond with the matching configuration.
